Rodos Palladium, Kalithea is a large five star hotel on a great stretch of beach. Featured by Thomson in their Platinum collection and deservedly so. This hotel offers half board as standard. There are three restaurants at the Palladium. For breakfast and lunch, head to the main restaurant for well-stocked buffets. Evening meals, meanwhile, are a mix of waiter service and help-yourself affairs. Local dishes and round-the-world favourites are all on the menu, as is show-cooking. But it’s the Greek nights that prove the real favourite – classic dishes like moussaka are served alongside traditional dancing.
